The biggest meteor shower of the year, Geminid Meteor Shower of 2022, is here in DFW! This meteor shower peaks during the nights of December 14th – December 16th. On these nights, if you are away from city light pollution, it is possible to see up to 120 meteors per hour! This is by far the best chance anyone in DFW will have to seeing shooting stars!
Make sure to go outside and catch them after sunset when it’s gotten very dark (after 8 PM), and let your eyes adjust to the darkness so that you can see the beauty of the sky!
