- People – Last of all and most importantly, protect yourself and others! Make sure your neighbors have what they need to get through this cold and that they won’t go out during these frigid temperatures unprepared. Minimize trips outdoors and wear proper clothing to keep warm. Hypothermia can set quickly especially with wind chills in the negatives.
