Severe Weather is possible for DFW Thursday afternoon into the evening. Large hail and damaging winds are possible with these storms. Storm timing is expected anywhere from 3-8 PM Thursday and overnight storms are also possible assuming the CAPE behaves like forecasted.
A strong CAPE is in place today (Wednesday) over DFW currently which will inhibit storm development. There is a small chance of strong/severe storms for Northwestern DFW later this afternoon today, but chances remain low.
