There is potential for two rounds of thunderstorms, one this afternoon for DFW and another tonight. This afternoon’s storms will be scattered and mainly across Central Texas. Large hail and damaging winds are the main threats. Confidence is low for these storms hitting DFW.
Then, the second round of storms will be a line of storms that will move through all of North and Central Texas tonight between 12 AM – 3 AM. Damaging winds will be the main threat with this storm. Confidence is high for these storms hitting DFW.
